May 28, 2026 — Countdown displayed in the browser tab

  • When a countdown is active, it is displayed by default in the browser tab. You can turn it off in the settings dialog. The countdown continues even if you switch to another tab, so you can keep an eye on it while you work on other tasks.

May 26, 2026 — Configuration tools improvements

  • I've hidden the options in a sidebar to improve the user interface. Displaying too many options directly in the navigation bar was problematic and didn't allow for scalability. Now it's possible to work on new features without cluttering the main page.

May 22, 2026 — Performance and ui improvements

  • Improved the counter scaling to make it smoother and more responsive.
  • Added a button "finish target" to the target time dialog.
  • Added the section "other tools" with other useful full screen tools.

November 18, 2025 — Target time presets, labels, and days left display

  • Dropdown menu to select target time presets in the target time dialog.
  • Option to show or hide time labels.
  • Added days input to the top of the timer inputs.
  • The main countdown now shows the days left, not only the hours, minutes, and seconds.

November 12, 2025 — Mini remote control. Alarm beep issue fixed.

  • Added mini remote control to control the countdown timer. Share the main screen of the countdown, and use the mini remote control window to manage the countdown.
  • Fixed the beep alarm sound that didn't work in some browsers.

November 10, 2025 — Mirror mode, show current-time value

  • Added mirror mode toggle.
  • Show current-time.

November 6, 2025 — Target time added and ui improvements

  • Live target time. Set a target time and FullCountdown will count down to it. Live target time is fully shareable keep the count in sync with the actual time.
  • Ui improvements. Better responsive layout.

October 20, 2025 — Progress bar mode switch and progress line

  • Switch between progress bar mode or number mode.
  • Show or hide a progress line around the countdown.
  • Both options inserted in the link as variables, so you can share the preconfigured countdown with the desired settings.
